Konak Municipality Service Building and Its Surroundings was submitted as a proposal in the Architectural Competition.

The land located at the intersection of Konak - Bornova and Karşıyaka - Gaziemir axes and the area in the south direction were requested to be rearranged. In this context, an intersection structure has been proposed, the Municipality Square has been constructed in front of the structure and approximately 1 km of alle has been proposed to the south.
